The Cards are just a point and one place above the bottom four following Tuesday night’s disappointing defeat at Maidenhead United.
Two goals in the last eight minutes sunk Woking and placed even more importance on Saturday’s game.
The club are planning to celebrate as it will be their 1,000th match in Non-League’s top-flight - and how they could do with the three points.
“It will be a good celebration for the club and it’s down to us to get our minds on winning a game of football,” assistant manager Jason Goodliffe told WokingFCTV.
“I can assure everyone that we’re working very hard and it’s up to me to get the players ready for Saturday.”
On Tuesday night’s defeat, Goodliffe added: “It’s a tough place to come at the best of times and the pitch didn’t make for a very good game.
“The boys worked very hard, applied themselves as we’ve asked them to and suffered a sucker punch at the end.
“I think nerves are playing a part and we need to get their confidence up a little bit. The boys are very disappointed.
“Our home form has been good, albeit not so much recently, and we’ve got two out of three remaining games at home.”
