Cards Bring in Young Striker

....Gary Abisogun from Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Division One neighbours Cobham.

The 19-year-old was originally on the books at AFC Wimbledon as a youngster before coming quickly through the ranks at Cobham.

Last season he went on trial to, ironically, AFC Wimbledon, and made a number of appearances for the Dons` academy side whilst at the Kingston-based outfit.

Woking lost the services of on-loan striker Dan Holman, who was recalled by parent club Colchester and then released to join the Cards` league rivals Cheltenham Town, so a vacancy occurred in the squad, although Abisogun is looked at more as one for the future.
