Can Friendly Spark King's Hawks Into Life?

The Vanarama National League South club are still winless and are rooted to the bottom of the table.

Manager Steve King has totally changed his team since returning to the Enclosed Ground last month with the Hawks already in deep trouble.

But so far the new boss has been able to improve the fortunes of the club that struggled under Jimmy Dack at the start of the season.

King says his new players need time to settle in and he hopes by playing Southern Counties East League side Erith & Belvedere on Tuesday night can bring cohesion.

Whitehawk's manager wants to reinstall some confidence after the club's fans watched them go down 3-0 to Hungerford on Saturday.

A disastrous first half put paid to any chance of the Sussex club winning for the first time this season and King was far from pleased with what he watched.

Whitehawk face a vital few game and this weekend they take on Hampton & Richmond Borough at home knowing their first victory needs to come sooner rather than later.
