Buildbase FA Trophy Quarter-Final Replay Postponed

Despite taking precautions by covering the pitch, tonight`s Buildbase FA Trophy Quarter-Final replay between Spennymoor Town and Bromley has been postponed due to heavy snow.
Local volunteers gave up their time last night to apply the pitch covers kindly donated by Darlington and Hartlepool United.
Due to the excellent work above, the pitch is completely playable today. However, the heavy snow forecast for later would still mean considerable uncertainty once the covers were removed this afternoon and the club couldn`t say for sure that the terracing and surrounding areas in the ground would be able to be made safe.
