The 32-year-old experienced defender joins the Bucks until the end of the season.
Born in Birmingham, Bignot began his career with Crewe Alexandra working his way through their academy system to the first-team for whom he made his debut in 2004.
He made twenty-one appearances for them over a three-year period and had a six-week loan spell with Kidderminster Harriers for whom he made three appearances.
He joined Harriers permanently in the summer of 2007 and spent the best part of two seasons at Aggborough where he scored one goal in thirty-four appearances as well as having a loan spell with Newport County where he scored once in twelve games.
Bignot enjoyed a lengthy spell at Newport where he played 101 times scoring on one occasion.
He collected numerous payer of the year awards whilst at County and in 2011 won and England C international cap.
In the summer of 2011 he joined Blackpool on a two-year deal but did not feature in their first-team.
He had a fourteen-game loan spell at Plymouth Argyle during the 2011/12 season and in the summer of 2013, he joined Grimsby Town and over two seasons at Blundell Park he made thirty-five appearances, scoring once.
Bignot went on to make five appearances for Solihull Moors during the 2015/16 season and last season returned to Newport County where he made ten appearances.
He joined Barrow in September, making his debut as a substitute in the 1-1 home game against Torquay United, and went onto make eleven starts and one further appearance from the bench, but has found his chances limited lately.
