BT Sport Confirm April Picks As Season Reaches Climax

By Sam Elliott

The first live selections for the final month of the league season have been made - with another added onto March’s schedule.

There is a bit of BT Sport history coming in a few weeks with a regular season Vanarama National League South match broadcast for the very first time.

Following the success of Kidderminster Harriers vs Chester in the North earlier this year, viewers will get to see title hunters Ebbsfleet United’s game at Slough Town on March 25, kick-off 12.30pm as BT Sport showcase Non-League Day.

It’s a double-header on that day - later it’s a big grudge match as promotion-chasing rivals Wealdstone and Barnet cross swords, that game begins at 3pm.

April is looking good already - and there’s a humdinger ahead.

On Monday April 10, Wrexham and Notts County meet and it’s no big surprise that BT Sport want to be there and show it to the nation. The division’s top two collide at 3pm.

But before that, there’s a live battle at both ends as relegation threatened Yeovil Town host play-off hopefuls Southend United on April 1.

Good Friday sees two teams chasing the top seven come together as Boreham Wood and Dagenham & Redbridge enjoy the extra exposure, kick-off is at 5pm.

Games for the season’s climax in the second half of April will be announced at a later date.

Upcoming live matches:
Saturday March 11 Notts County vs Dorking Wanderers (5.20pm)
Saturday March 18 Woking vs Chesterfield (12.30pm)
Saturday March 25 Slough Town vs Ebbsfleet United (12.30pm)
Saturday March 25 Wealdstone v Barnet (3pm)
Saturday April 1 Yeovil Town vs Southend United (5.20pm)
