It comes as a result of the club being accused of fielding an ineligible player - Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe - in their tie against Sutton United.
Today, after a hearing with the FA, the club were told they will no longer be in this season's competition.
A statement on the club's website reads: "At a meeting of an FA National Game Competitions Sub-Committee held today, Thursday 3 January 2019, the Members considered the charge raised against Bromley FC by The Football Association on 20 December 2018 for an alleged breach of FA Trophy Rule 15(i)(i) in relation to Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe playing in the above match having not received the required permissions by the lending Club in accordance with the Competition Rules.
"Having given all the evidence before them due consideration, the Members found the charge of a breach of FA Trophy Rule 15(i)(i) proven, in so much that Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe played in the above match without being correctly qualified in accordance with the Competition Rules.
"The Members ordered that Bromley FC shall be removed from this season’s Competition and Sutton United FC be reinstated into the Competition.
This does also mean Sutton United will be reinstated into the competition and will play Spennymoor Town on January 12.
The club are to release a statement later this afternoon regarding the matter.
