Bradbury Predicts Hawks Will Bounce Back In Style

It wasn’t all doom and gloom for Havant & Waterlooville boss Lee Bradbury after their defeat at title rivals Dartford last Saturday.

Bradbury was proud of his players and said his side should have won the game with the chances they created.

The result sent the Darts three points clear of Havant, whilst Hampton & Richmond climbed above the Hawks into second.

Bradbury’s men host struggling Gloucester City on Saturday and the boss is confident his side will win “the majority of games” if they can replicate their performance at Dartford.

He told the club’s YouTube channel: “We took the game to them. We outworked them and outplayed them but we made one mistake and it’s cost us.

“We can take a lot of confidence from the way we played and how we had them pinned back for large parts of the game.

“We’ve got to make sure it doesn’t hurt us or dent our pride too much. If we play like that every week, we’ll win the majority of games.”
