Bower Says Avenue Need To Keep Focus

Bradford Park Avenue aim to make it seven games in a row as they face Boston United at the Horsfall Stadium.

Mark Bower says his side have to keep their focus ahead of their next home match, writes Tom Feaheny.

Avenue drew at the weekend and know a win tonight can see them go as high as fourth in the table.

Looking ahead to facing Boston United, Bower told the club's website they will be well prepared for the game.

“Obviously we will do our homework on them, there may be one or two changes in their side given the result they’ve had, and then there may be changes for us after what we have seen.

“As always it will be a tough game but if we can come out on top we will be more than happy with four points from the weekend before the little break for the FA Cup.

Bower says they are determined to keep back to winning ways after a couple of draws during their unbeaten run.

“We are six games unbeaten now and two of the three draws we should have won, so it could be a lot worse.

“It’s a frustrating one for us but hopefully now the lads can take out that frustration against Boston.”
