Bower Demands Same Again From Avenue

Bradford Park Avenue boss Mark Bower says his team need to be as clinical as they were last weekend ahead of facing North Ferriby United.

Avenue face a Yorkshire derby as they take on the team who are currently bottom of the table, writes Tom Feaheny.

They last time gained a deserved three points after a 4-1 win against Blyth Spartans, this is after Avenue in recent games have created many chances but not been able to take them all.

“It was a really enjoyable victory for us, and we're looking forward to the next game,” Bower said to the club website.

"We have shown that we can get those goals, People will look at the fixture and there will be an expectation on us to go and win the game and if we maintain the standards we have set in the past few weeks, we have a good chance.

"We are facing a team who will go in to the game with confidence having secured an impressive point at Southport last Saturday."
