Boston Lose Defender Batchelor

Boston United have announced that defender Tom Batchelor has left at his own request.

United boss Adam Murray confirmed prior to Bank Holiday Monday’s home clash against Nuneaton Town that the 25-year-old centre-half had informed him last week that he was unable to commit to the Pilgrims moving forward.

The Pilgrims will retain the player’s registration until the conclusion of his contract.

Batchelor made his final appearance for the club in their 3-0 home defeat to Spennymoor Town on August 22nd.
