Boro Play The Name Game After Big New Deal Is Secured

Nuneaton Town’s Liberty Way will now be called the LDJ Solicitors Stadium after a deal was agreed for naming rights.

The Vanarama National League North club, who will be returning to Nuneaton Borough from 2018-19 pending FA approval, have secured a big off-field boost.

“We are delighted to have reached this agreement with a local organisation that has given such tremendous support to the club over the years,” said chairman, Lee Thorn.

“We’re all excited about the season ahead and it’s a real boost to be able to develop our relationship with LDJ Solicitors in this way.

“I would like to thank them for their valued support, which is the lifeblood of the club.”

Alan Edgington, Partner at LDJ Solicitors, said: “We are extremely proud to be the official stadium sponsors for the forthcoming season, a campaign which promises so much.

“LDJ have been supporting the club, on and off-the-field, for many years and we have made several attempts to secure the stadium naming rights in the past, via the golden ticket draws, but disappointingly our attempts were unsuccessful.

“However, this season we have been fortunate enough to secure the rights, which will take our relationship with the club to the next level by having our name above the stadium and firmly associated with this much-admired and progressive local football club.”
