Jordan Parkes arrives after the free-scoring midfielder left Hemel Hempstead following a record breaking season.
Billericay manager Harry Wheeler told the club website: “We are dlighted to have Jordan come on board with us.
“I’ve followed his career since his Watford days and have tried to sign him a couple of times.
“He’s more than proven at this level and is a player that not only will bring alot of quality on the pitch but also bring a professionalism to the group, to the dressing room and a strong desire to win”
Parkes said: “Since the decision had been made that it was time for me to move on from Hemel, I had numerous conversations with various managers.
“Having spoke with Harry and knowing how Billericay play, I felt that their style of play would suit my attributes.
“I’ll be looking to continue my goal scoring form from midfield and have scored some speculative goals and free kicks in my time at Hemel.”
“I’m hoping that the Billericay fans will enjoy my performances and commitment as much as the Hemel fans did and I will ensure that I give everything on and off the pitch to make this season as successful as possible.”
