Big Points On Offer Everywhere You Look Tonight

By Tom Scott

Big points are on offer tonight in the National division despite there only being three games.

Barnet could extend their lead at the summit albeit it temporarily - a win over Hartlepool United tonight could see them go four points clear.

The Bees are yet to lose a National League game on home turf so far this season and come into the game off the back of 3-0 wins over Southend and Maidenhead.

On the flip side, Hartlepool have been lacking on their travels winning just once - a 4-3 win at Solihull Moors - in their last 10 away games in all competitions.

Huge points could be won in the survival race with two of the bottom four in action.

Boston bagged a surprise 3-1 win over York City on Saturday and know a win over Rochdale could see them edge closer to dreaded dotted line.

The Dale haven't lost a home National League game in almost three months since a defeat to Southend United back in mid-October.

AFC Fylde could haul themselves out of the bottom four with a win at Roots Hall later.

The Coaster bagged a first win in five games on Saturday but have won just all season away from home in the National League.

Southend will still have a keen eye on the play-off positions and could make up some ground with a win on home ground.

The Shrimpers' only National League defeats since November have come against title-chasing York and Barnet - they've suffered just one defeat in their last five games in all competitions.
