The Bees fell two goals down inside the opening ten minutes. An extraordinary fightback saw the North London side fire six goals in the final hour.
A David Tutonda brace was supported by a goal each for Jack Barham, Mo Bettamer, Simeon Akinola and an unnamed trialist.
Speaking to the Club’s YouTube channel, boss Darren Currie summarised his thoughts on the match.
“We grew in confidence as the game went on,” Currie explained.
“All I asked is that they (the players) trust each other and they work hard, both with and without the ball.
“I tend to ask them to work harder with the ball, in all fairness, because I want us to spend a lot of time with it. We had to also do a lot of unselfish running.
“What was the icing on the cake was a lot of our goals were very good goals. It’s stuff that we’ve been working on”.
