Bath Offer A Lucky Fan An Experience They Won't Forget!

Bath City are giving their fans the chance to get up close and personal during a match by sitting on the bench alongside their manager Jerry Gill.

It’s all part of the Romans drive to raise money for their Squad Builder as they look to be as competitive as possible in the National League South again.

One lucky support will get to study the Twerton Park chief and judge his tactics themselves - and hear what his substitutes have to say about what’s going on!

The prize draw will let the fan be at the heart of the action during a friendly game in the coming weeks.

The club are giving their followers the chance to contribute directly to Bath’s playing budget and everyone who enters has the chance to win special prizes each month.

Gill is safe in his job despite the pending new dug-out arrival after extended his commitment to the club at the end of last season and is about to enter his seventh season at the helm.

He has targeted a top seven finish and says he is pleased with business so far this summer with goalkeeper Harvey Wiles-Richards returning, forward Sol Wanjau-Smith coming on board and 26-year-old Taunton defender Nick Grimes moving across Somerset.

“It is a special club and means a lot to me,” the manager said after agreeing his new contract. “We have an amazing group of committed players, both on and off the pitch.

“We hope we can keep this group together as much as possible going into the new season. We have plenty to play for and are determined to secure our target of a play-off spot.”
