The Bees head to Eastleigh on Tuesday evening without an away win this calendar year.
Currie took the reigns at the Hive following John Still's resignation back in December and has since overseen a remarkable FA Cup run.
But heading into the final month of the current season, the ex-Bees midfielder has issued a warning to his players.
"It’s coming to the time when I’ll be finding out about my future," he told the club's video service.
"And if my future will be at this football club then they are basically on trial for the next six or seven games because I want to start piecing together the opportunity to take this club back into League Two.
"I’ll be deciding on who will and won’t be staying at the club."
Currie added, "There’s no foot off the gas from me. If nothing else, I want to stay consistent with the performances, pick up as many points as we can and climb the league to finish in the highest possible position."
Barnet head to the Silverlake Stadium looking to make it seven without defeat.
