The 20-year-old will go straight into the Moors' squad for today's game at Boreham Wood.
The forward has previous Football League and National League experience having previously had loan spells at Yeovil Town, Notts County, and Kidderminster Harriers.
Speaking on the signing of Campbell, Moors boss Liam McDonald told the club`s website: “I'm delighted as Tahvon is a player that fits into the style of play that I'm looking to play this season.
“He'll add quality to the squad. He's a terrific football player and it's a massive coup for us.
“He's got a lot of experience for such a young lad and he'll help add to what we've already got in the squad.
“He's quick, skilful, he scores goals and he's a strong boy. I'm looking forward to getting him out on the pitch and showing people what he can do. I'm sure he`ll be a big asset for us.”
Meanwhile, Moors striker Shomari Barnwell has joined Bostik League South side Lewes on a month`s loan deal.
The forward joined the Moors from Dagenham & Redbridge in June and appeared in four of the club's pre-season fixtures.
The 21-year-old will now make the temporary switch to Step 4 side Lewes, as they prepare for their opening fixture away to Herne Bay today.
The purpose of the loan is to help Barnwell in his bid to build match fitness, having not had a full pre-season with Liam McDonald's side.
