Another Newcomer To Wings Squad

Welling United manager Jamie Coyle has added another player to his squad signing Flo Bojaj today.

The 21-year-old striker was born in Kosovo and moved to the UK with his parents at a very young age.

He joined the Huddersfield Town academy on the eve of the 2013/14 season after a successful three-week trial period from National League side Boreham Wood.

A former Albania under-17 international, he made eight substitute appearances in the Sky Bet Championship for the Terriers, scoring in a 3-1 home win over Reading in March 2016.

He also spent time on loan in Scottish football with Kilmarnock and for Newport County in League Two last season.

His contract at Huddersfield ran out at the end of the 2016/17 season.

Bojaj goes into the squad for tomorrow’s game at Park View Road against Poole Town alongside the Wings other new signing, Eli Phipps on loan from Colchester United.
