The pacy forward netted what proved to be the winner eight minutes from time as Inih Effiong got one back for the visitors late on after Tom Champion headed in Wood's opener in the first-half.
Luke Garrard's side leaped from the Cards into seventh place to add to Andrade's joy.
"It's very pleasing because we're on a great run at the moment," he said. "It was nice to get myself on the score sheet as well.
"On another night, we could have taken more of our chances, it could have been three or four but we got the win and that's the most important thing.
"It's a shame we didn't get a clean sheet as it would have been our fourth on the bounce.
"That's number 12 [in all competitions] for the season, it took me until the end of last season to get that. I'm very happy with myself at the moment.
"It's an open season this year, anyone can beat anyone and we need to make sure we stay amongst it. We believe we can be in the play-offs."
