All Saturday's National League North Action

By Sam Elliott

Adam Marriott went on the rampage again as the National League North leaders keep on winning.

King’s Lynn made light work of a tough assignment at Blyth Spartans - with their leading marksman again taking a starring role.

Freescoring Marriott got another two to add to his tally, the 3-0 win in the North East keeps them four points in front with two games in hand.

York City know they really can’t afford any mistakes and did just about enough to keep the pressure on.

Steve Watson’s side saw off Kettering 1-0, Jordan Burrow again the Minstermen’s go-to man as he hit the winner just after the hour mark.

Chester know they have it all to do to haul back the leaders but a 3-0 win over in-form Darlington raised hopes.

Brad Jackson, Akwasi Asante and Danny Livesey were all on target in an impressive win.

Boston United won their third game in a row and inflicted a fourth defeat in five for Kidderminster, Dom Knowles again doing the damage - he was at the double to earn a 2-0 win.

Brackley’s long home unbeaten run continues but they couldn’t get the better of Guiseley, while Southport ended their miserable recent run - a 1-0 win at troubled Gloucester came thanks to Devarn Green.

Stand-in manager Josh Gowling says the Hereford players dug deep in their 1-1 draw with Curzon Ashton.

A late wonder-goal from captain Danny Ellis secured an important point for Farsley as they bit back against AFC Telford.

Spennymoor got their first win in four, a 2-0 success against Leamington, Glen Taylor making the game safe.

Altrincham got back to winning ways, too strong for Bradford PA who have now let in 72 goals this season.

Alfreton vs Gateshead was postponed with the clubs due to release a statement in due course.
