AFC Fylde Get Play-Off Well Wishes From The PM!

AFC Fylde have received some, perhaps unexpected backing from Prime Minister Theresa May.
The Coasters are preparing for the biggest game in their history on Saturday as they go toe-to-toe with Salford City for a place in the EFL.
And after MP for Fylde Mark Menzies asked the PM to congratulate Dave Challinor's men for their achievement, he possibly didn't expect her response.
"He's [Mark Menzies] absolutely right to congratulate AFC Fylde," May responded.
"We wish them their best for their play-off final at Wembley."
The Prime Minister then went on to praise the community work undertaken by AFC Fylde adding, "AFC Fylde is a very good example of how clubs can engage with their local communities and we want to see this partnership taking place."
