A Host Of National League Players To Feature On FA Cup Final Matchball

A number of Vanarama National League players have had their names included on the Nike Ordem V, the ball to be used in this weekend's FA Cup final.

In total 137 players from Step 6 up to the Premier League have seen their names included to coincide with the 137th Final, writes Tom Feaheny.

The ‘Ball For All’ includes goalscorers from every round, beginning in the extra preliminary round through to the semi-finals.

Some of the players included are:

Noah Keats: Whose goal in the fourth round qualifying helped Truro City become the first Cornish side to reach the first round since 1969.

Mike Fondop-Talom: who scored twice for Guiseley against Shildon and also scored the winning penalty as The Lions reached the second round of the FA Cup after defeating Accrington Stanley.

Danny Rowe: The Vanarama National League Player of the Season, scored five times this season in the competition including a penalty live on the BBC as he helped AFC Fylde to a replay against Wigan Athletic.

Shaun Jeffers: The Boreham Wood forward scored the second goal for the side against St Albans City that got them through to the FA Cup first round.

Sergio Torres: In a thrilling 4-3 win for Eastbourne Borough, the attacking midfielder got the second with a fine finish.

The players featured all contributed to what has been a thrilling FA Cup campaign for many of our sides.
